This Workshop Participation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Stirbar Lab (“Company”) and the undersigned participant (“Participant”) as of the date of signature below.

By attending a Stirbar Lab workshop, Participant agrees to the following terms:

Confidentiality
Participant acknowledges that during the workshop they may gain access to proprietary techniques, formulations, processes, and business practices (“Confidential Information”) belonging to Stirbar Lab.

Intellectual Property
All materials, formulations, processes, and methods presented in the workshop are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Stirbar Lab. Participant receives no rights to reproduce, commercialize, or distribute these materials or processes.

Photos and Recordings
Participant agrees not to take photos, videos, or audio recordings of the workshop process, equipment, or materials without prior approval from Stirbar Lab.

Acknowledgment
Participant acknowledges that any breach of this Agreement may result in legal action and agrees that Stirbar Lab may seek injunctive relief and damages.

General
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
